Personalization

The Personalization settings allow you to customize the appearance of Factview. You can choose a background, upload your own images, configure logos, select an interface theme, and choose a color theme for charts.

Open the Personalize menu by clicking your username in the top bar.

Choose a Background​

Select a background for the new interface.

You can:

  • Choose a default background from the library.

  • Restore the original background.

  • Upload your own background.

Upload a Custom Background​

Click Upload Background or drag an image into the upload area.

The image is stored with your user account and can be selected again later.

Logos​

You can configure different logos for the new interface.

Left Menu Logo (Wide)​

Displayed when the left menu is expanded.

Left Menu Logo (Narrow)​

Displayed when the left menu is collapsed.

Displayed on the right tile of the Overview page.

For each logo, you can:

  • Upload a new image.

  • Select a previously uploaded logo.

  • Restore the original logo.

Library​

All uploaded backgrounds and logos are stored in the Library.

From the Library, you can reuse previously uploaded images without uploading them again.

Interface Theme​

Choose how the user interface is displayed.

Available themes:

  • Green - The default Factview theme.

  • Light - A light user interface.

  • Dark - A dark user interface.

  • Automatic - Follows your operating system's light or dark mode setting.

Chart Color Theme​

In addition to the interface theme, you can choose a separate color theme for charts and dashboards. This setting is independent of the selected interface theme.

Available color themes:

  • Standard

  • Fresh

  • Bright

  • Evening

  • Pastel

  • Original

The selected color theme is applied to charts and dashboards throughout Factview, allowing you to match the colors to your personal preference or your organization's branding.
